The Smoothest Smoothies

To make any of the recipes below, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well blended. You may add ice if you like. Enjoy!

 

Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie

2 ½ cups chocolate milk

1 ½ cups frozen raspberries

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons cocoa powder

1 teaspoon chocolate syrup

 

 

Mixed Berry Banana Smoothie

½ cup mixed berried

1 Banana

1 cup orange juice

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons sugar

 

 

Sierra Frozen Fruit Smoothie

1 cup Sierra Mist Diet Soda (you can also substitute Sprite or Diet 7-Up)

1 cup frozen fruit (smoothie blend with pineapple, mango and strawberries)

 

 

Apple/Orange Yogurt Smoothie

2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 granny smith apple, cored, peeled and diced

½ cup fresh orange juice

½ cup ice

2 tablespoons honey

 

 

Apple Juice Frosty

1 cup vanilla ice cream

2 cups apple juice

1 dash cinnamon (optional)

 

 

Papaya Smoothie

2 cups chopped peeled seeded papayas

1 cup chilled pineapple juice

½ cup milk

½ cup sliced bananas

4 ice cubes

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

 

Copycat Orange Julius

1¼ cups orange juice

1 cup water

3 tablespoons egg whites or egg substitute

1 teaspoon vanilla

¼ cup sugar
